Questions

When does my daily allowance reset?

Your allowance refills every day on your local day, based on the time zone saved to your account. You start each day with the full allowance for your plan.

What happens if a generation fails?

A generation that fails, or that you cancel before it produces output, does not use your allowance or your credits. You are only charged for work the service actually delivers.

What are credits for?

Credits are used when the daily allowance for a category runs out, so you can keep working. They carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire only where that is stated. An image or panel costs more credits than a text generation.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Once paid plans are live you can cancel from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew after that. See the Refunds and Cancellation page.
