Payments are not live yet
Current status
You can use the free plan and its daily allowance at any time. When paid plans are enabled, they are prepaid for a fixed period (one month or one year) and billed through PayU in Indian Rupees. A plan does not renew automatically: when the period you paid for ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you choose to renew.
Cancelling a plan
Because plans are prepaid and do not auto renew, there is nothing to cancel to stop a future charge: no further payment is taken unless you start one. You can mark your plan to end at the period end from your billing settings, which is informational and simply confirms you will not renew. You keep the paid features until the period you have already paid for ends, and then move to the free plan.
Refunds
A completed payment pays for a fixed period in advance. We do not give pro rated refunds for the unused part of a period, except where Indian law requires one. If you believe you were charged in error, or were charged but your plan was not activated, contact us with your reference and we will look into it. Any refund we agree to is returned to the original payment method through PayU; refunds are reviewed and issued by the operator, not automatically.
Credit packs
Credit packs are non-refundable once you have used any credit from the pack. An entirely unused pack may be refundable where the law requires. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Failed generations
A generation that fails, or that you cancel before it produces output, does not use your allowance or your credits. You are never charged for work the service did not deliver.
How to request a refund
Send a refund request within 7 days of the charge through the contact form (choose the billing topic). Include the date, the amount and your account email, and we will respond with the outcome.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or remedy, that right applies regardless of what this page says.
