Acceptance and eligibility
By using NestBytes you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The service is for adults only. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Your account
- Give accurate account details and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
- One person per account. Do not share an account to multiply a free allowance.
The service
NestBytes is a studio for writing stories, building characters and a Story Bible, and turning scenes into comics and webtoons with AI-generated art. Text is generated by Anthropic Claude and images by Cloudflare Workers AI. Your work is stored so you can return to it across sessions. You can keep work private, publish a public reading link, or export it.
Plans, daily allowance and credits
Every account has a free daily allowance that refills on your local day. Paid plans and credit packs may offer more. The exact quotas, limits and prices are shown in the app and on the Pricing page, and they may change with reasonable notice.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire only where that is stated. A generation that fails or is cancelled before output does not use your allowance or credits. When paid plans are enabled, they are prepaid through PayU in Indian Rupees for a fixed period (one month or one year) and do not renew automatically: when the period ends your account returns to the free plan unless you choose to renew. A mid period upgrade to a higher plan charges only the prorated difference and keeps your current period end. Payment is completed on PayU's secure page, and your card details are never entered on or stored by NestBytes. See the Refunds and Cancellation policy for the full terms.
Your content and the licence you grant us
You own the stories, characters, worlds and other work you create with NestBytes. We claim no ownership of it.
To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display your content back to you, and to send the necessary parts to our AI providers so they can generate what you ask for. If you choose to publish a work, you also grant us the licence needed to display that work publicly through the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies the law requires us to keep for a time or that remain in routine backups for a short period.
AI output and its limits
- AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Review it before you rely on or publish it.
- Similar prompts can produce similar output for other users. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique.
- You are responsible for what you choose to publish, including making sure it does not infringe the rights of anyone else.
- All characters you write or depict must be fictional. See the AI Content Policy.
- We do not guarantee perfect visual consistency of a character across images. Image models do not remember faces; reference images help but do not promise a match.
Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which lists what you may not create, publish or do with the service. Breaking it may lead to the steps described there and below.
Published content and takedowns
When you publish a work, it becomes readable at a public link. You remain responsible for it. We may remove or restrict published content that breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law, and we respond to valid reports and lawful orders within the timelines on the Grievance Officer and AI Content Policy pages.
Our intellectual property
The NestBytes name, logo, software, design and the sample artwork we provide are owned by Supriya Mandal or licensed to us, and are protected by law. These terms give you no right to use them except to use the service as intended.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including the AI, hosting, storage, email and (in future) payment providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Your use of the service through them is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party acts or outages outside our control.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and may set or adjust limits to protect the service and manage provider costs.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or where needed to protect the service or other users. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will give notice first. You can export your work before you delete your account.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Supriya Mandal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Supriya Mandal against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you create or publish, or from your breach of these terms or the law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Siliguri, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that let you bring a claim elsewhere. Before going to court, please raise the matter through our grievance route so we can try to resolve it.
Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the version and effective date, and for material changes we will give notice in the app and may ask you to accept again. If one part of these terms is held invalid, the rest stays in effect.
